It goes into all the details of using woodcarving tools correctly. Provided are details on sharpening and the proper way to handle your tools comfortably. You'll also find great detail on wood characteristics and which woods are better than others for carving. The book covers everything from sharpening to safety and proper light for carving and drawing. This is a good book for the beginning wood carver. Doug Younger.
